Vin Diesel, born on July 18th, 1967, and is an American actor. He also writes, directs, and produces movies, but what most people know him for is how nicely he keeps hid body in shape. Known for playing roles in movies like “Saving Private Ryan”, “The Chronicles Of Riddick”, and most of the “Fast & Furious” movies, Vin has always made sure that his body met what his role required it to. Vin Diesel’s Workout Routine

To prepare for his latest movie, Diesel used a workout influenced by standard bodybuilding techniques focused on building muscle mass. Vin holds true to training to failure. He continues to do his pushups until it is literally impossible for him to do another.

Wednesday – Back:

  • Deadlift: 3 sets, 5 reps
  • Cable Row (Wide Grip): 3 sets, 8 reps
  • Pull ups: 4 sets til failure
  • Bent Over Dumbbell Row: 3 sets, 10 reps

Friday – Arms and Legs:

  • Standing Hammer Curl: 3 sets, 10 to 12 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Curl: 3 sets, 8 reps
  • Triceps Rope Extension: 3 sets, 8 reps
  • Close Grip Chin Ups: 2 sets til failure
  • Lunges: 2 sets, 8 reps per leg
  • Leg Press: 3 sets, 10 reps
  • Standing Calf Raise: 2 sets, 13 reps

As you can see, Vin’s workout consisted of simple, yet effective exercises. Remember that he filled his rest days with either cardiovascular activities such as boxing or even a long run, or stretching using yoga and Pilates techniques.
